Hello, hello, time for another round up of my contribution to the world of Instagram. Currently, I am waist deep in university work. If it’s not reading for literature, it’s analysing research papers or watching Star Trek episodes for linguistics. Juggling the two sides of my degree has never been this difficult, but do you know what? I’m really, bloody loving it.
Transferring from a 4 bed dirty house to a immaculately clean 2 bed flat has been a long drawn out process. We’ve now been in our little nest of a flat for over a week. Although it now definitely feels like home, it’s full of suitcases and things we don’t want. It still feels cluttered and a bit stuffy. This has meant getting out of the flat every day has been a definite necessity. Yesterday with the sky looking overcast, books in our bags and a rather grumpy boyfriend in tow I headed off for a day out in Lewes.
The Bill’s restaurants in Lewes and Brighton have been my favourite treat place ever since I moved to University. My parents come to visit quite often and whenever they do, Bill’s is where we go. It is also my boyfriend and I’s special occasion restaurant. It’s expensive enough that it can’t be a regular hang out (for students at least) but cheap enough that it can be just the right thing to treat yourself! Here’s what I had for dinner last night:
